I’m honored to lead you on your yoga and mindfulness journey. My asana classes are meditative and follow a slower pace, which allows you to deeply connect to your body and create more space for exploration. I offer specific, person-centered cues that support students at all levels.

  • It depends! Maybe your busy schedule makes it tricky to get to a studio class. Or, you might want a bit more personalized attention to learn proper alignment. Private yoga can also be a good option for beginners who want to learn the basics of the practice.

  • Pricing for private sessions is competitive with regional rates and depends on the length of the session, as well as if we’ll be meeting in-person or virtually. I offer a 10% discount for new students, as well as discounted pricing for packaged sessions. I’m also happy to work with you on a payment plan, if necessary. My aim is to make yoga accessible for everyone who wants to practice.

  • We’ll begin with a brief, complementary call to discuss your specific needs. Then, I’ll share pricing options, as well as my personalized plan to help you reach your goals.

  • Yes! If you want to book a class for an event, couples yoga, or even round up a few friends to practice, I’m happy to help! Simply get in touch to get started.
